- DISCOUNTED EARLY RATE - Full Team Fee: From 2/4/19 through 2/10/19. Save $45 for Full Teams
- REGULAR RATE - Full Team Fee: From 2/11/19 through 3/4/19.
- LATE RATE - Full Team Fee: From 3/5/19 through 3/11/19. Adds $45 for Full Teams

Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be honored although we do out best to accommodate all teams.
