Submitting a request doesn't guarantee that it can be honored, although we do our best to accommodate all teams. Team Fee - One Team Payment vs Individual Player Payments:
The Team Fee is $645(+$20 processing fee, if paid online) if the full fee is paid by the team captain. 
The Team Fee is $70 Per Player (+$3 processing fee per player, if paid online) if the team fee is being paid by having players on the team each individually invoiced.
